The Honda HRX217HYA is a self-propelled walk behind mower with Hydrostatic cruise control. It features Honda’s Roto-Stop blade stop system, which allows you to stop the blade without having to stop the engine. Great for emptying your bag or moving a lawn obstacle. This mower also features Honda’s MicroCut twin blade cutting system which produces finer clippings for a better looking lawn.

The Honda HRX217HYA also features a 4-in-1 cutting system that allows you to mulch, bag, discharge, and shred leaves. Also, the the Clip Director gives you control over the amount of clippings that are sent to the bag versus back to your yard as mulch.

• Cruise Control Hydrostatic Transmission: Honda’s cruise control hydrostatic transmission lets you quickly and easily set and adjust your mower’s speed between 0 and 4 mph. The cruise control, just like with a car, allows you to stop mowing and jump back to your previous pace. No need to remember settings. • Versamow System: 4-in-1 mowing options (mulch, bag, discharge, and leaf shred). Honda’s Versamow Clip Director allows you to control how much grass is sent to the collector or recirculated for mulching. Choose full bag or full mulch or any of the 7 increments between those two settings.
• Roto-Stop Blade Override System: Roto-Stop allows you to stop your cutting blades while keeping the engine running. This is great for when you need to empty your collection bag, move obstacles from your lawn, or move your mower across sidewalks, dirt or gravel. No need to restart your mower because it’s still running.
• MicroCut Twin Blade System: The MicroCut twin blade system produces smaller clipping sizes, which lead to better decomposition for mulched grass and better bagging since the clippings compact better into the collection bag.
