Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning your current item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
